I purchased four Rush chargers for Christmas, but everyone thinks they are a joke. They never fully charge the phone to 100% before running out of power. Additionally, at least one charging end on each charger does not stay securely in the port. I will be requesting a full refund for all four chargers. I hope they honor my request, especially since I bought them early to ensure they arrived before Christmas. I read the return policy, which states that returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. However, it took more than 10 days for the chargers to arrive, so I believe this should be taken into consideration.
The Chargers were a big hit on Christmas Day. Everyone loved them. A couple of the recipient’s are avid hikers and loved how compact they are. I placed the order on 12/8 and received the package on 12/20.
Bought one for each of my family members and they all were pleased!
