My moms iPhone 12

I finally just got it set up for my mom (83). She has an iPhone 12 with an apple cover. No problem with it holding even with case. It came with 2 extra magnet parts if it didn’t. She has naturally lost instructions so I’m gonna see if on website. I suppose way to turn off/on. I kinda figured it out. I did however actually get her cause now I have to have one too. This charger also comes with a kickstand. Not much impressed me but this is a must have. Small and compact to go with you anywhere. Didn’t seem to overheat her phone as with others reporting. Maybe they have a defective one?

Bought this item for emergency purposes used it once and next time I tried to use it would not turn on and let it charge and same thing it does not turn on. Not very happy this item waste of money!

I may have ordered it 20 days ago but that order was lost and after several emails I finally got one. However the magnet would not stick to my phone. I had to order a special case so the rushchsrg would stick. I am not happy with it at all. It charges for a few minans then shuts itself off. Will not order again. When I submitted my reply to an email and told them I had to go to the expense of getting a case, was told. Let us know how that works for you
