A plug in on my charger came out of the device. I got the extra warranty. I would like to resolve this problem. Thank you. Ramona Posey
Ordered these for 2 families and they still have not received them. So angry that CBS would recommend them!
Ordered mid-December. As of January 17, it still hasn’t arrived.
Horrible service. Have contacted Rush customer service several times to report my charges were never received. Per USPS they have been at a facility in Astoria (?NY) since 12/22/2025. Please ship the chargers or refund my money
