Unfortunately, one of the tips broke within about a week of purchase and within hours of my contacting the company about this, they emailed back, reassuring me that I would get immediate replacement, which I received within a week. I really appreciated the quick response from customer service!
My original charger stopped working w/in a couple of months. Rush provided me with a new tip, but I wasn't satisfied with the result. I responded to a survey stating my concerns, and before I knew it, a representative reached out, and I received a brand-new one. It works great, and I am impressed with the outcome. Thank you,
