Label created and has not shipped. Was charged, though. It’s been three weeks.
I received this Rush Charger with a port that does not fit my IPhone 15. I immediately called and emailed Rush Customer Support at least three times regarding this matter requesting instructions on how to return this product and be mailed the correct Rush Charger for to use for my IPhone 15 and never received any response to date. I a disappointment and dissatisfied and want a refund.
Shame on you. I have asked for status updates from Rush on three separate occasions. Your CS folks haven’t bothered or been courteous enough to respond to any of my three inquiries. No option but to challenge the charge on my CC.
Nothing more than a low rent scam!!!!
