I ordered this product in Jan, it's now been over a month and even after sending emails to resolve the issue its now Feb 19th and still nothing! Save your money don't get scammed
Initial order never came but I was fortunate to get a good agent who made sure I got my order. Better late than never!!
It seems to be fine. I haven’t actually used it myself, but I always have it charged and with me. I have charged a friend’s phone, & my husband’s. Thank you for caring enough to replace the other one, very much appreciated!!
