I am still waiting for my order since Jan. 20th. I have contacted your company via email with no help so far. Tried to call no help just voice mail. Considering trying to ask for a refund. Can't rate a product I never got!!!
I have never received my order so you failed at fulfillment and Rush Charge has not responded to my attempt to contact them directly.
Order was placed and confirmed on 1/8. I reported I had not received the charger and was told on 1/30 that " escalated the issue to ensure that your item is shipped as soon as possible. I have still not received the order.
I received a request to review a product the company is saying I received. In fact, the tracking number shows that a "pre-label" was created but USPS is still waiting for the package from the company. I have communicated twice via email with the company. I believe the company is unable to fill the orders it is receiving. I'm now going to dispute the charge on my credit card and am thinking of filing a complaint with the AG's office.
